Hope Transfusion Services is a human services training, professional development, and consulting organization based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, serving organizations nationwide. Founded and led by Dr. David Green, it helps human services organizations develop their workforce through human services training, supervisor and leadership development, Direct Support Professional (DSP) training, and organizational training and consulting.

A leader who has lived every role in the room.
Raised in inner-city Lancaster, PA, Dr. Green earned four degrees, including a doctorate, while retiring from UPS after 35 years of service. He has served as counselor, Direct Support Professional, HR manager, Director, and Chief Operating Officer in human services.
His mission today: to strengthen the systems and people who serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
