A leader who has lived every role in the room.
Raised in inner-city Lancaster, PA, Dr. Green earned four degrees, including a doctorate, while retiring from UPS after 35 years of service. He has served as counselor, Direct Support Professional, HR manager, Director, and Chief Operating Officer in human services.
His mission today: to strengthen the systems and people who serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
